Terms of Use
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These terms apply to this website and to online booking accessed through our public appointments page. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Not for emergencies
Hello Health does not provide emergency care. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, or another emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Medical care relationship
Booking an appointment does not by itself create a physician-patient relationship. A relationship is established when a licensed clinician accepts responsibility for your care according to professional and clinic policies.
Booking and coverage
Online booking currently offers a covered Virtual Visit (15 minutes) for eligible patients using a valid Alberta health card. Coverage rules, eligibility, and any fees are confirmed in the booking portal before you complete an appointment. Private-pay paths may be offered when configured; see the portal for what is available.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate personal, contact, and health card information when booking and during care. Incorrect information can delay care or billing.
Virtual care limits
Some concerns require in-person examination, imaging, or emergency services. Your family physician will recommend the appropriate setting when virtual care is not sufficient.
Portal and communications
Portal messaging is for appropriate clinical follow-up, not emergencies. Response times depend on clinic hours and clinical urgency.
Website content
Information on this site is general and does not replace medical advice from your clinician. We may update site content, availability, and services without notice.
Booking terms and consent
When you book, you will be asked to accept clinic booking terms and consent presented in the portal. Those documents govern clinical scheduling and consent for that visit.
