You book a 15-minute Virtual Visit with Dr. Zaahir Moloo, MD, CCFP — a licensed Alberta family physician. Visits are by secure video or phone while you are physically in Alberta.
Use this for everyday primary care: new symptoms, follow-ups, medication questions, mental health concerns, forms, and care planning. In-person care is recommended when that is safer.

Is an online doctor visit covered in Alberta?
Eligible Virtual Visits are billed under AHCIP. Bring your Alberta health card when you book.
Do I need to be in Alberta?
Yes. You must be physically in Alberta at the time of your visit.
How soon can I be seen?
Many patients book within about 24–48 hours, depending on the schedule.
What if I already have a family doctor?
You can still book a Virtual Visit when you need timely care. Ask about ongoing care if you want continuity with Hello Health.
Is this a walk-in replacement?
It is virtual family medicine by appointment — not an emergency department and not a physical walk-in clinic.
Is this for emergencies?
No. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for urgent or life-threatening symptoms.
